I’m Mary Tedrow, and I’d like your vote.
I’m Mary Tedrow, and I’m running for the At-Large seat on the Winchester School Board.
I’ve been a classroom teacher for over forty years, having taught at John Handley High School, in Frederick County Public Schools, and currently at Shenandoah University. I have always been honored and energized by working with area youth to attain their goals. It is a rewarding profession.
I am the product of public schooling and the parent of three children who are graduates of Winchester Public Schools. Currently, I have five grandchildren attending Winchester Public Schools.
The quality of Winchester schools has always been, and will continue to be, critical to me. Winchester’s commitment to an excellent school system has a long tradition. As a product of public schools, I hope to give back to this publicly supported institution by serving as a school board member. Please join me on my journey to achieve this goal.
In November, I hope you’ll feel confident to vote for me for the school board. Thank you!
